Visiting hours in medical, surgical and telemetry are from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Restrictions are in place in the following:
Critical Care – ICU:
- 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Check-in at nurses’ station
- Two visitors at a time
- No children younger than 14 years of age
- Silence cell phones
- No food or drinks in patient rooms
- Visitors my be asked to step out during emergency situations
Maternity:
- Visitation is based on the birthing person’s desires during labor
- At the time of delivery, a maximum of three support people are allowed
- Following delivery, visitors are requested to check at the nurse’s station before visiting.
Nursery:
- Only parents are allowed in the unit
- In the event of a sick baby, grandparents may visit at 10 a.m., noon, 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. for 15 minutes only and accompanied by a parent
Outpatient Surgery and Diagnostic Unit
- Open visitation while the patient is in the department.
- The number of visitors is subject to patient comfort and the overall current flower of the unit
