The National Cancer Institute recommends women over the age of 40 get a mammogram screening every one to two years. However, not all women heed this recommendation. The List’s Erin Christy stopped by Hillcrest Claremore this week to find out more about “mammogram parties” and how one in particular is helping a local woman get back to a regular mammogram screening schedule.
